Synopsis of the series:

A Condition Called Love (花野井くんと恋の病; Hananoi-Kun to Koi no Yamai) is a shōjo romance manga written and illustrated by Megumi Morino that began serialisation on December 2, 2017 in Kodansha's magazine, Dessert.

On March 8, 2020, Kodansha USA announced it would be publishing the official English translation of the series digitally. As of 2021, 8 tankōbon volumes have been released in Japanese.

The manga follows first year High Schooler, Hotaru Hinase, as she suddenly finds herself in a relationship with the most popular boy in her grade, Saki Hananoi.
